Eventide Faith and Business Columns featured in Charisma Magazine
Two recent columns by Tim Weinhold, Director of Faith and Business for Eventide Funds, have been adapted in Charisma magazine, a national print and online publication with an audience of more than 100,000 Pentecostal and charismatic Christian readers. Both articles can be viewed here on the Charisma website.
Fuller versions of the Charisma pieces have been published on Eventide’s Faith & Business Blog as “The Smoking Gun of Mutual Funds” and “Hidden Hypocrisy.” Both address an issue that is central to Eventide’s investment philosophy: Investors bear moral responsibility for their investments. Unfortunately, few mutual funds are set up to help ethically-minded investors avoid companies whose actions they do not condone.
“I’m pleased to have the opportunity to engage with Charisma‘s readership,” Weinhold said. “At Eventide we are passionate about helping people align their investments with their values. Much of that we do through the values-based-investing of our mutual funds. But we also use our Faith & Business blog to help people think more deeply about the ethical issues involved with business and investing.”
